SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Within India)

We are committed to ship your order within the given time frame. We ship on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

ORDER DISPATCH

Ilaira's orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

Ilaira is offering 2 days delivery in Delhi. Orders that needs to be delivered outside Delhi will take 6 to 8 days to be delivered.

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 4-6 days in metro cities and 6-8 days in non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All international orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive anywhere in the world within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Delivery Charges: Please note that all international orders will incur delivery charges, regardless of the order value.
  • Payment Method: All international orders require prepaid payment. Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not applicable for international shipments.
